If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care Team immediately at support@agacistore.com Once an order reaches a certain state of processing we will not be able to cancel.
Click here anytime to check the status or log into your AGACI account and locate your order number under Order History. If your order status shows "Processing", then we have received your order and it is being processed in our warehouse. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email that contains your tracking number, if available.
Contact our Customer Care Team at support@agacistore.com if you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, color) within 7 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect.
We're sorry things didn't work out. The good news is you are welcome to return anything (except swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, & jewelry) that was ordered from agacistore.com within 7 days of receipt as long as it is in unused condition (unwashed and free from dirt, stains, cuts, etc and footwear in the original box).

Important Notes: • You can't return multiple orders in one package.
• We currently do not have physical stores where you can drop off your return order.
• Returns are subject for inspection and refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
• Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear back on your account and/or up to 2 billing cycles for credit cards. Net amount after discount will be refunded to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable.
Exchanges are made in two steps: returning the product you’d like to exchange and re-ordering the product in the correct color or size based on availability.
We ship out orders Monday-Friday. Please allow up to 2 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and sale days) to process your order. Processing Time + Shipping Time = Delivery Time

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as we ship out. Shipments take anywhere from 3-7 days to be delivered to you after we ship.

Please note that the delivery times listed above are only estimations. We can never guarantee a delivery date and once a package has left our warehouse, we have very little control over it.

A'GACI is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods. A'GACI is not liable for missing packages due to errors on the customer or carrier’s part.
AGACI is not liable for lost, stolen, tampered with, or carrier delayed packages.

All domestic orders over $50 ship free! Orders under $50 ship for a low flat rate of $5.
